
Our approach to personal training blends functional training with strength training in fun and unconventional ways designed to keep you motivated and engaged. Personal training sessions also incorporate balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and agility for all ages and ability levels.

Prior to all packages, we will conduct an assessment, discuss your circumstances, and set realistic goals. All packages include written guidelines with programs, recaps, and tips to follow. Additional resources such as meal prep and planning guidelines, suggested readings (optional), and exclusive text or email support directly from Chesna are also included. We also provide semi-private personal training packages for couples, and special strength training packages for seniors (in residential facilities or in their homes).
No, you will not need anything to get started. During the initial intake, we'll take a look at your living space, equipment, and assess your neighborhood to determine if any additional items (balls, bands, weights, etc.,) are needed. More often than not, there are everyday items in your home that can be repurposed creatively into exercise accessories.
We work with clients of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds who have a wide range of health and fitness goals. And for clients recovering from an injury or surgery, we work directly with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Packages are based on hourly sessions, and vary depending on location, travel time, etc. Contact Chesna for details.
Maintaining confidentiality and respecting your privacy at all times is important to us. Your personal information, your history and any details you share are treated with the utmost care, discretion, and professionalism.
All conversations, assessments, training sessions, classes, and forms are confidential. We do not disclose your personal information, health details, or participation in our programs to anyone without your consent, unless required by law or for safety reasons.
When you interact with us online—such as through forms, newsletters, or social media— the information you share will be handled with the same level of care, discretion and confidentiality as in-person sessions.
