Our Mission
The Fit Esteem Kids feature original children's characters, stories and verses that are designed to help kids (and their grown-ups) live healthier lives physically, emotionally, nutritionally, spiritually and socially.
All Fit Esteem Kids programs combine storytelling, music and arts crafting with movement and physical activity to help instill healthy habits in children from the start.
We believe that the daily practice of holistic lifestyle habits teaches the kids while helping to reinforce the same habits in the parents.
