Group Training

Group training consist of 5 or more people.  The ages and ability level of the group can vary. The maximum number of participants depend on the space or venue.

We specialize in creative solutions. Groups can be held in private homes, community centers, churches/places of worship, schools, beauty salons, dojos.... We can make any space work.

How it works varies from group to group. We prefer to designate one person as the group captain to assist with communication and logistics but nothing is etched in stone. Each group has its own personality and vibe. We specialize in getting to know the group and its participants to create a unique group experience that's engaging and enjoyable.
