About Us

There's a feeling you get from being fit and our founder named that feeling fit esteem.  Fit Esteem started as a sole proprietorship that offered personal training to adults in 1998.  While personal training for individuals and small groups is still a core service, Fit Esteem, LLC has evolved into a fitness consulting firm that specializes in creating fitness content and programs for adults and children.  Based in Newark, New Jersey, Fit Esteem, LLC provides services to individuals and organizations locally and nationally.

Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire and empower people to be physically active and fit throughout the entire lifespan and to help them find their fit esteem through creative fitness education and entertainment.

We cultivate fit esteem in the clients we serve by providing expert fitness information, instruction and resources while building quality relationships and relevant support systems along the way. 

Who We Serve

We work with individuals, groups, corporations, municipalities, schools and social service organizations.

Our Partners

We collaborate with municipalities and 501 (c) (3) organizations to offer fitness campaigns and curricula to special populations, especially those classified as "at-risk."
