I have spent the past 19 years working with women of all ages, fitness levels and cultural backgrounds. They were different in many ways yet most of them struggled with the same issues concerning their bodies, exercise, food, and emotional well-being.  And most of them made the same mistakes when trying to lose weight.  

I know from professional and personal experience how chronic stress, financial woes, childhood upheaval and trauma, relationship or marital conflict, depression and a lifetime of eating harmful foods can affect the body, mind and spirit. Our collective experiences as women have inspired me to create a fitness program that is based on the physical, nutritional, emotional, spiritual and social components of fitness.  When all is in balance, you have Fit Esteem and I can help you find and keep yours!
